polkad0ttingHello! :) This is my first time participating in Not Prime Time, after doing many other exchanges and I'm really excited! I hope you are too. You’re already my new favourite person for volunteering to write one of my fandoms. If we share one of these fandoms, you are wonderful & awesome & everything lovely. Please don’t be worried about writing for me – I’m very easy to please. <3
First, basics, and then on to the fandoms!
Like list
• Basic: SPORTS, friends-to-lovers, falling in love, comfortable established relationships filled with affection and in-jokes, couples kicking butt together and saving the team (and then picking up the drycleaning on the way home), people knowing each other really well, banter, emotional support, worldbuilding (some of my favorite questions: how does that thing work? what are its ramifications? what are some things the original canon POV might have overlooked?), plans, plans that don’t go according to plan, working together and using different strengths, sports (did I mention sports?!)
• In romance: Snark, banter, fond teasing, zaniness, affection laced with humor, snuggling in bed, people in love who enjoy spending time together but aren’t codependent.
• In porn: Kissing, exploring a partner’s body, unexpected erogenous zones, talking during sex, sex that doesn’t go quite right but they run with it and make it awesome anyway, incoherent noises, morning sex, well-developed biceps and shoulders, fingering that's enjoyed for itself, wall-sex, multiple orgasms, laughter.

Requested Player: Odell Beckham Jr.
If you've offered Odell, you know that he needs no introduction. He's a simply phenomenal football player and athlete. He's also had his share of controversy, most notably with Josh Norman during the Panthers game, in which Norman threatened him with a baseball bat and their confrontation spilled over into the game, ending up with multiple personal fouls. Giants players have said that the fight started with Panthers calling Odell a gay slur, and that Odell had been the target of gay slurs all season.
Me, I love reading about sports and athletes. I love the nobbly bits and strategy and head-games and breathtaking moments. I love the muscles and locker-room bonding, referees and ice-baths, underdogs and rivalries and tempests in teapots. I love competition and fire, and the friendships/relationships that flourish in spite of competitive fire.
So I would be equally interested in a shippy fic, in which Odell is in a relationship (either with another player of your choice, or with a non-player), or in a gen fic about teamwork and banter and friendship bonds. It's your call! [If you go shippy, it's up to you whether to include the homophobic NFL knuckledraggers and that controversy, or ignore it entirely and keep the fic more fluffy.]

** A slice of NFL life, and how a relationship with another player would fit into the rhythms of the game; the pull between on-court competitiveness and off-court closeness.

** I confess that in every sports fandom I love the "happily ever after" dynamic of a player winning the Big One. So how about Odell winning the Super Bowl? :)

OVI. Give me Ovi falling in love? Or established-relationship in which he is already in love. Or him just being an awesome hockey-beast and scoring all the goals and winning everything.
Things I particularly like to read about Ovi: Pranks. Silliness. Shenanigans. Porn that features his size and power (I am, um, totally into his body type; no preference for top/bottom/vers, though, as I'll enjoy it all). Russian food/swearing/customs/etc. (I am not Russian but majored in it in college, so I love fic that brings the Russian.)
I love reading about sports and athletes. I love the nobbly bits and strategy and head-games and breathtaking moments. I love the muscles and locker-room bonding, referees and ice-baths, underdogs and rivalries and tempests in teapots. I love competition and fire, and the friendships/relationships that flourish in spite of competitive fire.

Tennis RPF
Requested Player: Rafael Nadal
So I deliberated for quite a bit what player to pick (if you read past exchange letters, you'll see that Stan is my favorite of all time/fandom bicycle, for example, and I adore Andy Murray, and I find Andy & Novak friendship fics to be a HOOT), but in the end I decided that this time I want Rafa. :)
What am I interested in? Rafa being happy. Whether that's a shippy fic in which he falls in love/is already in love/etc., or whether it's a gen fic in which he's surrounded by friends and wins Roland Garros, I'm just super jonesing for happy!Rafa right now. <3
Ship-wise, I can see Rafa with lots of different players. Pico, Marc, Ferru, Nando, Feli, Stan, Andy, Novak - just about anyone. My only exceptions are Federer (because there is so much Fedal fic already - not dissing it, I just want something different) and the homophobe/misogynist brigade (e.g., Stakhovsky, Dolgopolov, Simon, Matosevic, etc.) This goes for gen as well, actually.
Whether you go gen or shippy, I adore both banter and feelings. Give me cotton-candy fluff, sardonic banter, pranks, shenanigans, cuddling in bed, coming-out fic, going-public fic, tropey fic, I will LOVE IT ALL. [Note re porny things: I feel like most Rafa fic has him bottoming, probably because of his magnificent ass. I definitely don't mind that! But I'd also like to see him topping a bit for once. :D]
